πŸ›  How to Enable or Disable Guest Cancellations

You can control this setting from your Online Reservations settings.

Step 1: Go to Online Reservation Settings

  1. In your Fleetwire dashboard, navigate to Settings > Online Reservations
  2. Scroll to the Guest Cancellation section.



Step 2: Choose Your Preferred Option

You’ll see two options:

  • Don’t allow guest cancellation online Guests must contact you directly to cancel a reservation.
  • Allow guest cancellation online Guests can cancel their booking from their confirmation status page. Select the option that matches your cancellation policy.



Step 3: Save Your Changes

Click Update to apply your changes.

Your new setting will take effect immediately for future reservations.
