Choosing the right Fleetwire plan keeps your rental business running without surprises. Whether you’re on a trial, ready to upgrade, or just want to see an invoice — here’s how billing works and where to manage your subscription, view receipts, and change your plan.

Getting billing right helps you:


  • Stay Uninterrupted: Renew on time and keep all features active.
  • Scale When Ready: Upgrade when you need more listings, users, or integrations.
  • Keep Records: Download invoices and receipts for accounting and taxes.


Note: Billing and plan changes are managed in Settings > Account. Only account owners (or users with billing permission) can change plans or view payment history.


🛠 Step-by-Step: Billing and Plans


Follow these steps to view your plan, update billing, and access invoices.


Step 1: View Your Current Plan and Billing


  1. In your Fleetwire dashboard, click Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Under Account, select Overview or Billing (depending on your menu).
  3. You’ll see your current plan (e.g., Trial, Premium), renewal date, and payment method.


Pro Tip: Bookmark Settings > Account so you can quickly check your plan and payment status.


Step 2: Upgrade or Change Your Plan


  1. In Settings > Account (or Billing), click Change Plan or Upgrade.
  2. Choose the plan that fits your business (e.g., more listings, more users, premium features).
  3. Confirm the new price and billing cycle (monthly or annual).
  4. Enter or confirm your payment details and complete the change.


Important: Changing from monthly to annual (or vice versa) may prorate charges. Check the summary before confirming.


Step 3: View and Download Invoices or Receipts


  1. In Settings > Account, look for Invoices, Receipts, or Billing history.
  2. Click a date or invoice to view or download a PDF.
  3. Use these for your records, accounting, or tax preparation.
