Connecting with Turo Made Easy!



We understand the recent changes with Turo's API might have caused some concerns, but fear not! FleetWire has adapted and now offers one-way calendar blocking to maintain seamless fleet management. Here's how you can set it up:

Step 1: Turo Email Forwarding



Before you begin, ensure you have set up Turo email forwarding. If you haven't done so yet, follow our step-by-step guide here.

Step 2: Add Your Turo Profile ID



Head over to the Connections icon in the left menu or click here.
Click on Add Connection and fill out the form. Enter the email you use to log in to Turo in the Email field. The Turo profile URL should be the URL of your Turo profile, resembling something like this: https://turo.com/us/en/drivers/555321.
Don't forget to click SAVE; this step helps us link your email to your Turo profile.

Step 3: Match Your FleetWire Listings



Now, let's match each of your Fleetwire listings with its respective Turo listing ID.

Go to one of your Turo vehicle pages and copy its URL. The URL format should be similar to this: https://turo.com/us/en/car-rental/united-states/san-diego-ca/tesla/model-3/123456.
Locate the matching listing on FleetWire and click the Settings tab of the listing.
Scroll down to the "Connections" section near the bottom and find the Turo card.
Paste the URL of the corresponding Turo listing here and click Match.

Great job! Now, whenever Turo sends us a reservation email (including new bookings, modifications, or cancellations), we will automatically create an unavailability block on the corresponding FleetWire listing's calendar.

Please note: If we do not receive an email about a reservation modification, FleetWire won't be aware of any changes. In some cases, when a Turo representative cancels a booking, you might not receive the forwarded email. Be vigilant and double-check reservations, especially for special bookings like these.
