Step 1: Create a Promo Code
Set up a new promo code with the desired discount, restrictions, and usage limits.
In your Fleetwire dashboard, go to Settings > Pricing > Coupons.
Click Add Coupon to create a new promo code.
Fill out the following fields:
- Code: The code customers will enter (e.g., `WELCOME10`—make it memorable!).
- Type: Choose % off (e.g., 10% discount) or $ off (e.g., $20 off).
- Amount: Set the discount value (e.g., 10 for 10% or $20).
- Listings: Apply the code to specific vehicles or all listings (e.g., only Tesla Model X).
- Limit: Set a maximum number of uses (e.g., 50 redemptions before the code expires) or leave blank for unlimited use.
Set the status to Active to enable the code (you can toggle to Inactive anytime).
Click Save to create the promo code.

Step 2: Customize Coupon Visibility per Listing

- On: Displays the coupon field at checkout, allowing customers to enter a promo code.
- Off: Hides the coupon field, preventing guests from asking for a discount if they don’t already have a code.
Repeat for each listing as needed, and click Save to apply the changes.
Important: Hiding the coupon box on listings where discounts aren’t available can reduce customer inquiries about promo codes they don’t have.
Step 3: Promote Your Promo Codes

Email Templates: Add the code to your booking confirmation emails—edit templates in Settings > Email Templates.
