Follow these steps to explore plans, start a free trial, switch billing cycles, upgrade/downgrade, or pause/cancel your account.

Step 1: Explore and Start a Free Trial



Not sure which plan is right for you? Start with a free trial to test Fleetwire’s features.

Visit the pricing page to compare plans and see feature sets and seat limits.
Register for a free trial to try Fleetwire for your rental business.
- Your card won’t be charged until the trial ends.
- All work during the trial carries over if you upgrade to a paid plan.

Pro Tip: Use the free trial to test features like inventory tracking and online bookings before committing to a plan.


Step 2: Choose Monthly or Annual Billing



Pick a billing cycle that suits your budget, with a discount for annual subscriptions.

When selecting a paid plan, choose between Monthly or Annual billing.
To switch later, go to Settings > Account and Billing.
Click Change Plan under Current Plan and select your preferred billing cycle.
Click Save to update your billing.

- If canceled, you’ll stop future billing and can use your account until the remaining time is up.
- Note: Refunds are not offered for canceled subscriptions.
