To ensure a smooth import, your file needs a little prep:


  • Include Headers: The first row must have column headers (e.g., First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone).
  • Supported Fields: Fleetwire automatically maps these core fields:
  • First Name

  • Phone
  • Extra Fields: Add any additional columns (e.g., Customer ID, Notes), which will be imported as text fields.
