Follow these steps to adjust your notification preferences.
Step 1: Open Notification Settings
- In your Fleetwire dashboard, click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Under Account, select Notifications.
- You’ll see a list of notification types (e.g., new order, order cancelled, payment received).
Step 2: Choose What You Want to Receive
- For each notification type, toggle On or Off based on whether you want that email.
- Common options include:
- New order – When a customer completes a reservation.
- Order cancelled – When a booking is cancelled.
