Managing Customers in Fleetwire
Customers are an essential part of your business. Fleetwire provides you with an easy way to organize all your customers in one place, and manage them efficiently.
Click Customers from the main navigation, and then click + CUSTOMER
Fill in the applicable fields (at least a name & email is required).
Click Save to create the customer.
Click Customers from the main navigation.
Click the customer you want to delete from the system.
Click the three dots icon to right and click Delete.
You can view customer Stripe ID verifications (via Stripe Identity) and upload files such as insurance binder or offline agreements.
You can also view past orders from a customer and edit any custom fields

Follow these steps to add, delete, and manage customer details in Fleetwire.
In your Fleetwire dashboard, go to Customers from the main navigation.
Click the + CUSTOMER button to create a new customer.
Fill in the required fields:
- Name: The customer’s full name (required).
- Email: A valid email address (required).
- Other fields like phone or address are optional but recommended.
Click Save to add the customer to your list.

Navigate to Customers from the main navigation.
Click on the customer you want to delete.
Click the three dots icon on the right and select Delete.
Confirm the deletion to remove the customer from your system.
Warning: Deleting a customer is permanent and removes their data, but past orders associated with them will remain in your Orders dashboard. Ensure you no longer need their details before deleting.
