Set up Email forwarding with Gmail

You can watch with 90 second video and follow along or see a step-by-step explanation with screenshots below.

When you add a Turo connection you are allowing us to connect to Turo as you. This way, we can view your listings, bookings, and history. Additionally, this will allow us to auto message your Turo guests, check for listings timeframes to block off across all your platforms upon bookings based on your settings.

You will have a unique email in your account. Use this email address to forward all car-sharing related emails (new bookings, cancelations, messages, etc). The email proxy is a unique email address for your company. We only need to be forwarded car-sharing related emails so we know to re-check your bookings and messages. We recommend adding the forwarding address and a filter.

In Gmail select the settings cog icon then "See all settings"

Once you are on the Settings page select the "Forwarding and POP" tab then "Add a forwarding address"

Add your Fleetwire email proxy and click "Next"

An email will be sent to us to verify. You can view the code on Fleetwire. We also send you the code back to the same email so check your inbox and spam folder.

Once the confirmation code is confirmed you can set up your filter.

Back in Settings select the "Filters and Blocked Address" then "Create a new filter" near the bottom

Add "@turo OR @getaround OR @ryde" to the "From" section of the filter under settings.
If you only use Turo you can just put "@turo" or any combination.
