Tracking Vehicle Maintenance

With vehicle maintenance, you can set up maintenance records and reminders to help keep things organized.

Vehicle Registration

First, you can set up your vehicle registration reminders on FleetWire to email and/or text you with a reminder before the due date. Once complete you can record the cost and date of completion. We can automatically set up your next reminder based on the interval you set up (typically annually).

Warranty

Another popular record to track is your vehicle warranty. Set a reminder to bring your vehicle in to get the service that is currently covered under your warranty to avoid paying out of pocket.

Other Maintenance

Keep track of the miles since your last oil change or since the purchase of your new tires. Once a set date or odometer reading is met we will notify you.

Note:

If you set any of these reminders with the odometer reminder you will need to have a connected vehicle through Bouncie, Turo Go, Tesla, Getaround, etc for us to know your odometer reading. Another alternative is when you or your guest checks in/out and manually record the odometer.
