Adding a listing to an order
Click the ADD A LINE button on the invoice card.
If you selected a rental period, you'll see if the listing is available for that period.
Availability
A listing's availability always depends on the order period, meaning you can't see availability details until an order period is specified.
Note: Click the availability indicator to view the availability for the line item. The vehicle line item should always show "0 Left" as once you add to an order that vehicle is not available. This column it more for other line items where you have more than one of them (like a child seat or camping gear).
Adjusting quantities
You can adjust the quantities of some line items as previously mentioned. Vehicles/Listings always have a quantity of 1 but you can adjust the quantities of other line items.
Custom lines
Custom lines let you add anything from transport fees and incidentals to custom discounts.
Note: Custom lines are not listings or extras in Fleetwire; inventory is not tracked. This means there's no availability displayed, they don't show up in the calendar, and they can't be reserved, picked up, or returned.
What's next?
After you added a listing line item, you can reserve the items to make them unavailable for other bookings, or let a customer pick up.
