🛠 How to Manage Your Subscription Plan
Follow these steps to upgrade, switch billing cycles, downgrade, or cancel your Fleetwire subscription.
Step 1: Upgrade to a Higher Plan
Upgrade to unlock advanced features like more listings, seats, or premium tools (e.g., custom domains, API keys).
- In your Fleetwire dashboard, click your profile avatar and select Billing Settings.
- Click Change Plan.
- Choose your billing cycle ( Yearly or Monthly) and the plan tier ( Basic, Standard, or Premium).
- Click Confirm to select the plan that best suits your needs.
Step 2: Switch from Monthly to Yearly Billing
Save up to 29% by switching to a yearly billing cycle.
- In Billing Settings, click Change Plan.
- Select the Yearly billing cycle for your current plan tier (e.g., Basic, Standard, or Premium).
- Click Confirm to switch your billing cycle.
Step 3: Downgrade to a Lower-Tier Plan
If your needs change, you can downgrade to a lower-tier plan at any time.
- In Billing Settings, click Change Plan.
- Select a lower-tier plan (e.g., from Premium to Standard).
- Click Confirm to downgrade.
Step 4: Cancel Your Account
If you need to cancel your Fleetwire subscription, you can do so at any time.
- Go to Settings > Account in your dashboard.
- Scroll to the Danger Area at the bottom of the page.
- Click the Delete button and follow the instructions to cancel and close your account.
