Only owners and admins can upgrade a Workspace
Upgrade from a paid plan
When you upgrade from a paid plan to another plan, you will be charged a prorated amount that takes into account the amount you have paid previously and the time left in your plan.
Click on your profile avatar and select Billing Settings.
Choose "Change Plan"
Choose either a Yearly or Monthly billing cycle; then the Basic, Standard, or Premium.
Click Confirm for the plan that best suits your needs.
Note: When you upgrade from a higher tier, you will be charged a prorated amount that takes into account the amount you have paid previously and the time left in your plan.
Switch from Monthly to Yearly Billing
We are available to help you make the switch from monthly to yearly billing.
By committing to a yearly plan, you'll save up to 29%!
Please note, if you switch to the yearly cycle when your plan next renews you will be charged for the next 12 months.
Downgrade from a higher tier
You can downgrade to a lower-tier plan at any time.
Keep in mind that a lower plan may limit features like the number of listings or seats, and you will not be able to downgrade unless you are below this limit.
Canceling your account
You can cancel at any time.
We would hate to see you go but we understand things come up. One thing we do ask is that you can contact us first to see if we can help with any issues you are having or help with a better plan. We are a very small company and listen to all of our customers' wishlist items, feature requests, and issues. We are here to help.
If you can't find a plan that fits your needs you can cancel and close your account using the Fleetwire Account page. At the bottom, you will find the "Danger Area" area. Click the "Delete" button and follow the instructions.
When you close your account we will cancel your subscription and mark your account for deletion. After the removal, all your account data will be discarded.
