Follow these steps to set up pricing, discounts, security deposits, and distance allowances for your listings in Fleetwire.

Step 1: Set the Price

Choose how to price your vehicle rental with flexible options.

1. In the Price section of the Pricing tab, select a pricing type:

• None: No charge (e.g., for free rentals).
• Fixed: A single rate regardless of rental duration.
• Flat Fee: Charge an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly fee.

2. Enter the rate (e.g., $50/day for a daily flat fee).
3. Click Save to apply the pricing.

Step 2: Enable Discounts

Set up discounts to incentivize bookings, including coupon codes and duration discounts.

1. In the Discountable section, toggle on the option to allow discounts.
