How to add, delete, and manage extras for your listings (and consumables, services, and sales items)

Adding a listing

Here are several methods for adding a listing to your Fleetwire account:

Manual Entry: You can manually input the details of your fleet listing directly into Fleetwire. Adding a listing only requires six fields. This method allows you to enter information such as vehicle specifications, availability, pricing, and additional details through a user-friendly interface. This is the most popular way of adding listings.

Car-share Import: If you already have a car-sharing platform in place, Fleetwire enables you to import your existing listings seamlessly. By integrating with your car-share provider, you can effortlessly transfer your fleet data to Fleetwire and streamline the listing process.

Spreadsheet Upload: Fleetwire offers the convenience of uploading a spreadsheet containing your fleet information. This option is particularly useful when you have a large number of vehicles to add or need to make bulk updates to your listings. Simply prepare your data in a compatible format, such as CSV or Excel, and upload it to Fleetwire.

API Integration: For businesses with advanced technical capabilities, Fleetwire provides an Application Programming Interface (API) for integrating your fleet management systems directly with our platform. Through this method, you can automate the process of adding and updating listings, ensuring real-time synchronization between your internal systems and Fleetwire.

Choose the method that best suits your workflow and fleet management needs. Fleetwire offers flexibility and efficiency in adding and managing your fleet listings, making it easier than ever to keep your inventory up to date and attract potential customers.

Manual

You can manually add a listing by going to Listings in your left menu bar and clicking + LISTING on the top right of the listings page.



Then simply add the details of your vehicle and click SAVE

Car-share Import

On the same Listing page, the right menu will display options to import. If you have Turo listings you would choose IMPORT FROM TURO. If you are not yet connected a connection popup with appear to sign in to your Turo account and then you will be asked which listings you want to import. Then click IMPORT. The Turo listing importer will bring over the listing photos, description, details, base price, bookings, and availability.

Note: Depending on how many Turo listings you have this may take a minute or two.

Upload a Spreadsheet

Spreadsheet upload will allow you to upload a .csv file of your listings.

API
