🛠 How to Add Listings to Fleetwire

Follow these steps to add listings using one of four methods: manual entry, car-share import, spreadsheet upload, or API integration.

Step 1: Add a Listing Manually

Manually enter vehicle details through a user-friendly interface—perfect for small fleets or one-off additions.

In your Fleetwire dashboard, go to Listings from the left menu bar.
Click + LISTING in the top right corner of the listings page.

Here’s what the listings page looks like in your dashboard.



Fill in the required fields (only six fields needed!):
- Vehicle specifications (e.g., make, model, year)
- Availability
- Pricing
- Additional details (e.g., description, photos)
Click SAVE to add the listing.

Pro Tip: Manual entry is the most popular method for adding listings, giving you full control over each vehicle’s details.

Step 2: Import Listings from a Car-Sharing Platform

Seamlessly import existing listings from a car-sharing platform like Turo.

On the Listings page, find the import options in the right menu.
Select IMPORT FROM TURO.
If not connected, a popup will prompt you to sign in to your Turo account.
Choose the listings you want to import.
Click IMPORT to bring over photos, descriptions, details, base price, bookings, and availability.

Note: Depending on the number of Turo listings, the import may take a minute or two. Be patient to ensure all data is transferred correctly.

Quick Tip: Importing from Turo saves time by syncing your existing listings, including bookings and availability, directly into Fleetwire.

Step 3: Upload Listings via Spreadsheet

Bulk-add listings by uploading a spreadsheet—ideal for large fleets or mass updates.

Prepare your fleet data in a compatible format (e.g., CSV or Excel) with columns for vehicle details, pricing, and availability.
Go to Listings and select the Upload Spreadsheet option.
Upload your .csv file and follow the prompts to map your data to Fleetwire fields.
Click Upload to add the listings.

Pro Tip: Use spreadsheet uploads when adding multiple vehicles at once, ensuring your data is well-organized to avoid errors.

Step 4: Add Listings via API Integration

Automate listing management with Fleetwire’s API—best for businesses with advanced technical needs.

Ensure you’re on the Premium plan (API access is exclusive to Premium).
