Here's everything Fleetwire connects to today, what each connection does, and where to set it up. Most connections live on the Connections page or in Settings > Providers.
💳 Payments
Service | What it does | Set up |

🪪 ID and Insurance Checks

Fleetwire doesn't sell renter insurance or offer it at checkout.
🚗 Car-Sharing Platforms

Turo | One way: Turo bookings block your Fleetwire calendar, using forwarded Turo emails. Fleetwire bookings don't block Turo. | |
Outdoorsy (beta) | Shows your Outdoorsy listings and bookings, matches them to your Fleetwire listings, and blocks Outdoorsy dates when you block them in Fleetwire. Outdoorsy bookings don't block your Fleetwire calendar yet. |
The number of car-sharing accounts depends on your plan: 1 on Basic, 5 on Standard, 10 on Premium.
🔋 Connected Vehicles and Tolls

⚙️ Automation and Developer Tools (Premium)

Zapier | Send bookings, payments, trip reminders and new customers to thousands of apps, and let Zaps create customers, block dates, update bookings and send payment requests. Your active Zaps show under Connections > Zapier. |
📅 Calendar Feed
Subscribe to all your Fleetwire bookings in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar from the Booking Calendar card in Settings > Providers.
❓ Not Supported Yet
- Two-way Turo sync or Turo listing import. Turo doesn't allow it.
- PayPal, Clover, and other payment processors. PayPal is coming soon.
- Native accounting sync, such as QuickBooks or Xero. Send payments there with Zapier, or use Export Orders, Listings, and Customers to send data to your accountant.
- Insurance sold at checkout, such as Bonzah or Lula. Many hosts use their own fleet policy, or point renters to a third-party provider.
- Smart locks and keyless entry, other than Tesla phone keys.
